Lessons from the We All Can Read Video Program - Page Three

Video Lesson 116
The program continues to build in complexity. At the beginning of the program students work exclusively
with one syllable words. By program's end, students read and spell four, five and six syllable words and have
learned all of the major phonetic elements of the English language. Video Lesson 116 is a thirty-eight
minute review lesson which systematically presents the phonetic elements that students have learned.

From Video Lesson 116 - Students review the English letters and letter teams and the sounds they represent. This is only a small portion of this video lesson which demonstrates how the comprehensive review is presented. At this point in the review, the eighty letters and letter teams are presented with their key words and the sounds those letters and letter teams represent. (1 minute)

From Video Lesson 116 - At this point in the review, the eighty letters and letter teams are displayed along with their key words. This is a slightly more challenging portion of the review than the previous video clip. (3 minutes and 10 seconds)

From Video Lesson 116 - At this point in the review, the eighty letters and letter teams are displayed without their key words. This is the most challenging portion of the review. (4 minutes)
